Typical Lesson Structure

Warm-up activities - 10 minutes
A variety of games to include:
- Mobility, pulse racing and preparatory stretches.
Main component - 20 minutes
- Various games using all sorts of equipment;
- Utilising major muscle groups and developing basic physical skills;
- Agility, balance and co-ordination;
- Speed and spatial awareness.
Cool down activities - 10 minutes
- Various stretching and relaxing at the end.
