Children's fun fitness exercise activities

Our fun fitness exercise philosophy is to help children understand the benefits of fitness and to motivate them to continue with physical activity as they grow older, with the emphasis being on fun, thus providing long term health benefits.

We understand that each child has their own strengths, abilities and unique talents and we encourage them to perform to the best of their abilities throughout the session.

Runner Beans' unique approach in making fitness fun and exciting through a variety of games and activities will ensure that children will remain motivated.

Gaining a sense of achievement through accomplishing physical tasks will build self-esteem and confidence.

Both of these are valuable tools to transfer to other areas of a child's life.

Typical Lesson Structure

Warm-up activities - 10 minutes

A variety of games to include:

Main component - 20 minutes

Cool down activities - 10 minutes
